My background
Why hire me?
I needed my first baby to sleep so that I could go back to work confidently & effectively! Once I learned how sleep positively impacts brain development in babies & young children, I couldn't resist helping all of my friends get their babies to sleep through the night too, which lead me to a formal certification & training program.Sleep is a cornerstone of physical & mental health so my goal is to help your kid(s) sleep better so you can too. Being a parent does not require being sleep deprived & it's never too late for a good night's sleep!
